Hi guys, I have a problem with the regulator Lucas RB 108: The cut-out closes at a voltage of 6,7 V, I thinks its ok. But it does not open if the voltage is under 6,7V. The cut-out opens only if the generator stops! How can I repair it? Is it possible to get spareparts?
Best regards from Berlin
Andreas

I don't think that you can get "parts" for the mechanical regulators ?
The replacement regulators are often made in India and sometimes of dubious quality
The usual approach is to replace with an electronic regulator (more efficient, less overhead but a little more fragile in the connections)
You can rip the internals out of your original box and mount the electronic one in and solder it's wires to the internal joints.
That keeps everything original externally.

Unless the coils have failed - and it sounds like they are ok - you should be able to get it sorted by patient adjustment.
"Electrics for Duffers" on the voc site is great for getting the theory and
