What lubrication for my Sturmey Archer gear box?

I have an Ariel mod A 1929 557cc. The gear box is a Sturmey Archer LS 250. What lubrication is recomended and how much?

There must be a topic about this somewhere on this forum. grease or semi fluid grease,about a pint??

Miller Oils do a semi fluid grease too, I seem to remember it is a little less expensive than Castrol Spheerol.
I Fill my Sturmey box up to the plug. It then spits out what it doesn't need and seems to stay at much the same level thereafter.

If all the gears on the lower shaft can dip into it, it will get around. It will be fluid when the gearbox get warm.
