Ismo, it's 965mm, measured along the top.
The mudflap is 300mm at its widest point.
The flap is made in one piece with the valance (on the sides of the guard), just bent out, then attached to the mudguard proper.
It is both riveted to tabs and welded (take your pick!) to the mudguard blade.
There's a cutout for the rear mudguard stay nut.
I hope this makes sense.
