This will be fun :D I can help you with a leather timing cover gasket. Can be used over and over.

Hello Steve, Lee,
Thanks for the leather gasket offer, good one!
I dont really have decided what to build it like.
Perhaps I go for a period correct build, but I fear (in fact; for sure) that will be the expensive route.
The frame should have a XG prefix, all W/NG frame have that, but this particulair one should be a XG frame for a 500.
Got the front engine plates now, upswept pipe + exhaust clamp.
I know a oil tank up for sale, have to hunt that one down....
Biggest headache will be a pair of girders, but I can be very patient..
I have -somewhere- the kickstart footpiece, so thanks for the offer but it's not needed.

In the meantime...
Done some cleaning on the hub from my Bernardet sidecar.
Found out that it has bronze brake shoes, anyone ever seen that before ?
I would like to know as useually they are either sheet metal or aluminium.
After a clean the look very nice, a pity that they are inside the hub.

SpAriel MkII something along this line ? 8-)
But then with hub steering as this set up looks -is!- lethal

I like the futuristic looks but have some question marks about road holding... Hmm... propelled by a Jawa/CZ two stroke engine?

Today a slightly molested 1954 NH, also known as "The Hermanator" has joined my stable .
Combined with the 1940 VH engine it will make a nice beast.
