My oil feed pipe is loose in the bottom banjo joint (146-38) - In fact its weeping oil. I also note the copper tube is quite compressed were it is shaped around the cylinder.
So I am thinking of getting some 1/4" copper tube and making a new one. Can the old fittings be reused or are they contaminated to the point of not cleaning up well enough to be useable?
What is the best method of making the joints - Soldering or brazing?

Solder and 3/16 tube not 1/4. Can re-use fittings but need to clean them well first, brake cleaner, ultra-sonic bath, dishwasher et al. New fittings are available at Draganfly as well as pipe if you want to make or repair your own.
