Have you any connection with these pics (eg do you know some of the history, maybe the bike was bought new) or are they interesting photos that you've come across and you're trying to find out as much as you can about them? ,
I don't think you've got two different bikes with the same reg no, it looks like the same bike to me, but in the last photo it's got upswept pipes instead of the downswept ones. The dualseat (very non-standard) and the front mudflap look far too distinctive to be on two different machines.
The tank knee pads are the early type (pre-1937?) and someone will know if the transmission hump on the chaincase and the swan-necked brake pedal make the dating more specific (and what the car is!)
I'm curious about what's going on in the rear stand area, in most of the pics things look normal but in the pic in the woods the stand seems to be almost tucked up under the rear mudguard.

Anyhow - very nice photos, thanks for sharing!
