It has the long brakepadle with round primary bulb making it 1936-7, the thin barrelfoot 350cc ?

I agree with Adrie that it has to be 1936 or 1937 - more probably 1936 due to the shape of the tank rubbers. It could be a 250cc as opposed to a 350cc but it is a de-luxe model, not a Red Hunter - black tank and un-chromed wheels. My money is on a 1936 LG. As ever, more than happy to be proved wrong!
