Slovak Klub Items for Sale

Post by simon.holyfield »

Folks,

Does anyone know of a easy way to search for parts for sale for the English speaker? Perhaps unsurprisingly, English words return no results in the search engine, and using Google to translate English to Slovak is not working for me either.

Right now, i am principally looking for wheel rims for my '30 Model A.
cheers

we are already working on the new appearance of our website and it will also be in English. For now, it will only help you to laboriously walk through the sites and look at photos if it doesn't show your photos, turn off ADblock on your computer. It's in the upper right corner of your screen, or open our site on another browser (mozilla, explorer, chrome, etc...)

we don't have rims, try https://draganfly.co.uk/

I have a Slovak colleague so thought I had the "problem" of the Slovak Klub solved. However, it turned out that speaking Slovakian isn't the same as speaking motorcycle. The words we take for granted are foreign to someone who doesn't have an automotive background.

Wheel rims are readily available in your own country, there is nothing special about them. Even available in bare steel so you don't spend money on chrome that you don't want.

Indeed, and I'll probably get them from Devon - but I thought I'd seen some black spoke sets.

Of course, most bits come from our favourite local parts emporium in sunny Suffolk!

I’ve bought many items from Karol for my 28 and whilst you can only search items one at a time in order of the pages you can do it in English if you switch the parts page to English first.
Karol is very helpful and responds quickly.
He can even post to Austrslia now where early orders of mine were handled through Markus Nikot or Rein Heerkens.
Regards
Michael.
