Valve cap gaskets for S Valve Ariel

Hi All, I am looking for some valve cap copper gaskets for my 29 Ariel S V (1inch and 7/8" internal size) where can I get them in the UK, any help would be appreciated also as I am doing up the bike I will be back with more questions about spare etc., regards Clive.

hi have you tried the club spares or drags or you can try Russell motors they have some parts for old Ariels

Allan at club singles spares has stock of ones for the W&P models, I don't know if they are the same size or not. I could measure one to see if you like.

Hi Roger,
I have just got in touch with Peter the spares man and the size I gave Peter was 1 7/8ths inside diameter not heard back yet, I have not had the bike long and I hope I will not need many spares for it but it has been stood for a very long time so a few things have not done so well but the good thing is its fairly original, the engine runs so that is a bonus but I need to try it down the road when the engine is running better sealing rings etc.,Regards Clive.
