Scans from Ariel factory 'bird's eye view' wanted

Post by Vincent.vanGinneke »

Hello all,

For a publication I need good scans from the so called ' bird's eye views ' that are in some of the Ariel catalogues.
To show the development of the factory buildings and surroundings.
Does any one of you have an original catalogue and if so, would be willing to scan for me?
The ones I am looking for are these;
(and yes, I know they are in the library, but those are only a few KB. ;) )

Ariel 1950.jpg

Or any other Ariel factory building pictures from the outside like this one from the roof tops :

in a PM please, Thanks !

May be of interest for your publication, see attached aerial views of the Ariel works with the University in the rear and the Bourne brook in between them.
See website "Britain from above", pic. idents EPW 001119, year 1920 and EPW 022589, year 1928, by creating an account (free) you can zoom in/out to get the best image.
