Hi this UK company makes stainless steel racks for classic motorcycles and here is their standard rack for Ariel four stroke swinging arm models.

It might be worth asking them if they could make an identical one to the one you require. If not, then I can confirm that I bought one for my 57 NH in January 2018, it is well made and the company were fine to deal with.
