It has a WNG front hub and a post war rearhub but as long as the prise stays low it could be good, no numbers yet.

Back to the old confusion. 1939 model year bikes (of which this is one, given the centre stand) began to leave the factory in the autumn of 1938 so that the new models were available in time for the autumn motorcycle shows.
Having enjoyed a cracking ride back from the Gloucs Branch meeting on the 1936 (1937 model year) rigid / girder Square Four last night when I really enjoyed the handling of the bike, the only problem with the bike for sale is the plunger suspension which adds an awful lot of weight for very little advantage in comfort (in my view).
