Could sell a few of the proper horn mounting brackets there. The advantage of a 350 is you can usually start it sitting on the bike. (like in traffic). Nev

Blimey, I couldn't even get a single enquiry when I tried to sell mine for 3.5k a year or so back!

I always study photos of bikes similar to my 1950 NH project and noticed the horn position on the first photo looks more than a little dangerous if you hit a big pothole, I thought it should be on the left side near the back.

That's the safest place, but many have it at the front facing forward on a 2 piece bracket. Nev

Because of the way a girder moves makes that the front mudguard does not touch a horn there.
Fit a horn up front on a telefork model and the mudguard will be dented

looks nice, overall o.k. but Yuk to that seat and it's fittings and a pity about the Indian tank, but perhaps it's all that there is available nowadays.
