Re: Lots of white smoke - W/NG

Re: My NH 350 Piston

Re: Major oil leak from rear enclosed chain case
Paul - how much is 'major'?
Probably worth checking the condition of the felt wick in the oil tank, maybe it's missing completely?

Re: 1934 Ariel - in need of slight attention
Swansea and frame numbers.... I've had a lot of discussions with DVLA folk about this over the years, having spent several decades working with databases. A few years ago I was given the nugget of info that the problem (then at any rate) was that the screens that the DVLA staff had to use to access ...

Re: Carburettor leaking fuel
I replaced the old float and needle in my 375 with new 'ethanol proof' versions from Amal and also added the fibre washer under the needle valve housing as is often advised when fitting the 'ethanol proof' components. However, I found that with the fibre washer the new float and needle arrangement w...

Well well! In the first of the 'racing' pics number 5. with the often maligned full-width front brake looks to be out-braking number 6 (note also the fingers over the front brake lever!) Mind you, number 6 might be compromised by some weird stuff hanging off his fork leg... Thanks all for posting! :...
