W/NG Timing Case Wanted 1943

Looking for a timing gear case for 1943 W/NG. The one fitted now appears to be from a mid 1950's bike as it has no rocker feed fitting.

W/NG oil supply to rockers 1943

The engine in my 1943 W/NG has no oil feed from the engine timing side cover as per NH normal. it appears rocker supply comes from the oil tank?--or from the return line to the oil tank?

Re: 1942 RN WNG restoration-Updated 08/04/2020

Hi Alan, I recently got a 1943 W/NG here in Canada that came originally from Burma (Myanmar now) then California -then Vancouver BC Canada and now Edmonton area (Spruce Grove) Alberta. it's mostly complete and has the panniers also. It's black but in scraping off paint in several places including ha...

Re: 1943 W/NG Transmission and Clutch Wanted

Thanks for the feedback--so what goes into the hole in the W/NG where the damper shaft and knob would go? just wondering. i'm getting the trans from Paul Turner so should have a running bike before next year--still looking for clutch parts however.

Re: '46/47 350RH Rocker Oil Feed Pipe Wanted

Hi,

I have a 1950 NH with same pipe setup--i had the fittings for the rockers and the fitting on the timing side casing from the oil pump--i made up my own pipe using 1/4 brass tubing and soldered it together to the fittings--works just fine--i painted it silver afterwards to match the covers.

Re: Ariel Spares for Sale - Last Update October 2021

Hi Pete,

I'm interested in the Lucas dynamos (not with the M01 mag--just the dynamo--either 45w or 60w models). too fit 1943 w/ng or 1950 NH. How do i pay and get these if available? Tom Colbourne tomcolbourne2016@gmail.com. Canada 780 713 7732 phone

thanks,

1943 W/NG fuel tank tap-cork seal

Does Drags sell these? The tap is a single on/off one-no reserve and the cork is gone. i'm guessing i could fit one or make a rubber insert that would work-but thought i'd check with the W/NG folks first.
