Hi Duncan, Apologies for the lateness of my reply - I work away most of the time so don't often get time to spend on the forum. I measured the bolt from my old set and they are actually metric 8mm. They are not threaded all the way along and you are welcome to have them if they are of any use to you...

I have recently snapped one of my clamps (cheap crap from the far east) and ended up replacing them with nice shiney stainless ones.
