Paul
Would you be able to PM/email me the drawings (or maybe post them on the Forum)?
I've searched Ray's Forum posts and can't find any reference to pre-war QD wheels (except for the hub nut spanner), it would be nice to have something for the on-line Library.
Thanks

Seemed a good idea to get all these posts into the same thread.
John - thanks for filling us in with the details, all extremely interesting.

KH500 Camshaft Shims
For Les Carter:
Do the shims go on the camshaft shoulder inside the crankcase or between the chainwheel on the outside ?
(I got too keen on tidying up and deleted one post too many - which was Les's original. Sorry Les!)

Re: 1955 NH350 engine running problem.
Admin note:
Merged duplicate topics (in case anyone wonders....)
Non-Admin note:
If playing with the choke makes things improve that indicates carb issue (blocked jet even after cleaning?)
However, might be worth checking that the HT brush pickup (and the armature track) are clean.

Re: Top end troubles
Posts with discussion about cast-iron inlet guides moved to this topic (might be getting confusing having them in a thread about alloy-head exhaust valve guides).
