I was trying to think of the name of the fella who had it,I spoke with him a few times in the late 90s as I had a later one that I was trying to build,He was a really nice guy,The picture would be great.

I have seen this done on a few different stypes of fork over the years,mainly grassers and even on a racer,most have had chairs on them.

A pretty rare bit of kit,they didnt make many in 1914.

Thats not correct.it seems like a later silencer made to fit.the down pipe may also be wrong. Its not a bad bike just needs a bit of sorting.A worthwhile adventure if thats what you are after.
