Re: 1943 W/NG Transmission and Clutch Wanted
Any 350 clutch will do the job, although some may need mods on the basket. Any CP gearbox will also work, although later mainshafts are longer I think. Of course, the WNG box has no speedo stuff (and the telltale speedo hole in the top of the case outer - but that cane be blocked up) I suspect the c...

Re: FORUM DOWN
Ok. We tried to update the forum to resolve the issue with notifications. The update failed and I have restored the forum, unfortunately to a version a few days earlier. Drags and our forum are NOT linked, but folks can post images from the drags site here (and if the link fails then it won't show) ...

Improving brakes
I have a wng. The front brake is so poor that you can push the bike against it. It's got possibly unused original linings riveted on. Swap a KH for a VH
Anyone in the UK interested in swapping their rigid/plunger VH for my plunger KH ? Mines been on the road for a few years but woefully underused. It has the panel tank that doesnt have the speedo cable hole and the associated transition top yoke/speedo mount. It's on original tin wear too and silenc...

Re: which carb?
On a pre-monoblocfloat chamber it pinches the threads and stops the float chamber lid from vibrating off.
I've lost one lid because I left it off ....so it does work

FS: or swap or whatever: rear stand clip
Been hanging off the back of my WNG for a lon while. Not sure of it origins. The only markings I can see are 1/2" stamped.
Rusty but very solid
Anyone need one ?
