Sid,
You can keep it simple. Just swap out the the standard 334 cam for a 356, are use a higher compression set of pistons. Much the same as the Cyclone. Cyclone pistons were about 8.5:1.

Re: lubrication
Brian, The float chamber shuld be a 1J. Also check the number of teeth on the worm drive o...

WNG Headlamp Glass
Dear all, Does anyone have a picture of what the flat glass headlight lens looks like please? I appreciate that it should be covered by the blackout cover, but I don't want to run it with the blackout cover on and there was no glass with the headlight when I bought the bike. Wanted 14 tooth Speedo Drive Gear CP box
Hi all, I'm looking for a 14-tooth speedo drive gear for a CP box, part number 3151-33.
The 14- tooth is for the PA speedo, as opposed to the 16 for chronometric
Gearbox spares don't have/ make them.
Any help much appreciated.

Re: Control cable parts
I'm just finnishing a 46 NG for my son and had exactly the same question. My thoughts were that if you go through the hole, then you then become restricted on gearbox movement, I I went under the right hand engine plate. This gives you a slight bend where it comes up to meet the adjuster, on a CP bo...
