Paint colour

Hi, I've just found what appears to be traces of original paint on my 1940 W/NG (inside the chainguard) in the process of removing the black civvy colour which is no doubt from sometime post war. For a 1940 model I would have expected the colour to be Khaki Green number 3, but the traces I've uncove...

Pics hopefully attached of the brake lever assembly and bracket alone for which I'm hoping to find the equivalent clutch lever bracket (I have the long solid clutch lever alone already).
Bent or broken is fine thanks.

Re: Public thanks and field stand question

I'm sure I've seen a Goedendag in the tools section in my W/NG parts book, must look up the number and order one from Drags. I expect it mounts on the offside sort of opposite the field stand where it would fall to hand whilst riding... Seriously, as I have to make a field stand which at least looks...

Re: Public thanks and field stand question

Doubtless the intention, but maybe overkill in this instance...

Re: Public thanks and field stand question

Could well be! Myself, I was leaning towards medieval reenactment...
No positive responses to it being original fitment by the end of this month means my oxy torch will be brought to bear...

Anybody else got one like this?? I've looked on the internet but failed to find another one so far...
The disc is 4" diameter.
Looks like it would be more suited to the 100 years war than World War 2.
Any thoughts as to originality?

Hi Roger, many thanks for the info, I'll have another look at the frame number to confirm what's there...
