Wanted Amal 15 degree float bowl for a 276

Good afternoon

I am looking for an Amal float bowl for my WNG please. I believe it should be 15 degree angle. Its for a non standard 276 carb.

Many thanks

Re: New member with a 45 WNG build

Here she is, I am reasonably happy with her! I know she is not totally correct and there's still a few bits to do. I have the wrong angle carb chamber so need to try and find one! Despite this she starts easily as long as you don't leave the fuel tap open! Once I have the correct one I will be able ...

Re: W/NG 350 pitiful oil return on tickover

Thank you for the replies, once the tank is painted, perhaps I will give it a spin and see what happens!

Maybe there will be more return once the oil is warmed up?

Many thanks

W/NG 350 pitiful oil return on tickover

Hi, Having just rebuilt my W/NG with NOS 3 comp ring piston, I went with the original oil pump after much reading on the forum. The return is pitiful! I'm a little worried, its nothing like my 50s AMC singles. 1 pump every few seconds at most. So I purchased a second used pump, this is exactly the s...

Wanted: smiths chronometric speedo face

Would anyone have a smiths chronometric speedometer face without the trip slot they would like to sell at all please? The workings inside my speedo have cleaned up very well and seems to be working perfectly. Unfortunately the face has been subjected to a number of years without a glass protection a...

Re: Wanted......W/NG fuel tank please

Thank you guys, I have been contacted by a member who possibly has a tank for me so fingers crossed. I will have a think about the Indian tank in the for sale section, it would need a little work to make it look correct but could solve getting it on the road in the short term. I will also contact th...

Re: Wanted......W/NG fuel tank please

Thanks Nev, I will certainly consider an Indian one. I have had 2 for other bikes, the AMC one fitted perfect but the Norton one was horrendous, both from the same firm so a flip of the coin as to what you get. Will hold out for a little longer and keep my fingers crossed 🤞 but in the end if it gets...

Wanted......W/NG fuel tank please

Does anyone have a WNG petrol tank for sale in the UK at all please?

The bike is 98% finished now, so close to being on the road! I have a tank but the side is heavily pitted through and both undersides need replacing.

Many thanks in advance.

Re: Dimensions for tool box clip 6560-41

Hi,

Mine are of different depths and I tailored the offset so that both lids were at the same level.

You could make your offset suit your toolboxes as long as they don't get held off by the mudguard behind.
