Well, lately the price of 350 rigids has been quite low, I have a late 40s 350 that I don't think I could even get 3K for. Buy a bike like that and just swap the motor.

Started lapping in, not looking too bad already.

Well I only blasted the section that was to be painted, and as they said, you need to 'scotch' the surface, which is what carefully masked blasting does. Perhaps they both misunderstood.

Are the pipes Stainless? If so, the yellowing effect is quite common with heat. Obviously the blue is a different matter.
