Gents I stripped the CP gearbox on my 1951 NH and besides requiring welding and reconstruction on the outer case, I thought the innards would be okay as it changed gears before I stripped it. I just attached the spring to the stand and the frame first and then easily pushed the stand onto the frame. I think there is a video on DRAGANFLY's website? The stubs on the frame that the stand pivots on retain it until the bolts go on.

Decided on making a 3/8 x 1/4 Whitworth stud and get rid of the bolts for the sump altogether. Used an existing 10mm stainless bolt and reduced the shank to 3/8" and carefully machined the 1/4" reduced shank.
