definitely oil pump, BUT, as on many other British bike forums.... a word of warning. allways ALLWAYS think twice about fitting taps to the oil lines.. all it takes is one day to forget OR vibrations riding along and the tap turns itself off, a shoe or trouser leg catches the tap . dosnt matter how ...

Hi Johann, don't know about the Ariels but find a crank/engine balancer local to you. we have one Basset balancing who drill or add balance where needed. with all the heritage around you Egli in Switzerland through Germany to Italy there must be places locally who could help

we fitted a BNR belt drive to a Triumph T120 chop. only two problems.. 1/. the old belt we took off had been redesigned (both old and new BNR) the new is around 3/8" narrower than the old. Bob had it back and re machined the pulley to suit. 2/. there is some oil seepage between drive shaft and ...

steve at Piston Broke in Bristol does recutting and re seating as well as guides , did all the work on all our rebuilds including square fours. although , at this time of year he is very busy.

I know the BSA owners club move their annual meet around the world ,so maybe possible to do what they do and hire a container and ship a group of bikes over for a couple of weeks
