Im working on a Velocette Vogue for a friend, nearly all set to go back and it springs a leak from the fuel tap, my guess is it hasn't had fuel in for a couple of years so corks have dried out. the problem is the plunger can be taken apart to change the corks , Ive enclosed a picture of the plunger ...

just seen this 1958 HS500 for sale on the back of a van at Farleigh Castle VMXdN today. phone number on front number plate, Ive seen it ridden in the paddock so runs, cant tell you the price but if near the cicuit tomorrow and interested it cost me £25 for a weekend pass.
