timing

I have just rebuilt 1957 350cc redhunter complete engine rebuild and runs sweet when started, to start it is the problem when i retire the spark she will still kick back you have just got to put weight of your boot on the kick start and she will kick back i have checked the timing over and over with...

Old tank sealer remover

Hi, I need to get the old tank sealer out of my petrol tank as it is not ethanol resistant I need to do this with out getting it on the paint work has any body had this problem and how did they go about it please. :) TOM

Hi Keith, It as just registered as to what you said sorry to be a bit late my age yes I will try out that adjust meant on the gear box side, it is my first rebuild of an Ariel my bikes are AMC the burman gear box a little different on the adjustment side. Regards Tom

Hi Keith, I have not got the cable on the bike yet I put the clutch plates in and clutch cover plus the 5 adjusting springs and I would have thought that it would have pushed the operating arm back in the gear box but it doesn't, I can push the operating arm in and out but it will not move the clutc...
