Hi JohnLay I have a knackered RPD sprocket you can have as a pattern. In 29 they were for thinner chain now unavailable I believe?? I imagine you need a thicker one.

Don't think it comes out without removing a rear engine plate.

The brake pedal spindle is drilled in its length for grease to get to the middle of the spindle which is reduced for a section. The external end of the spindle should have a grease nipple.
