NH 350 project
This came with another donor bike to finish my Red Hunter NH350 and is now surplus to requirements. It was an old trials bike but would make a decent bike for someone. The engine needs the top end but turns over by hand piston looks good and so does the bore. Gear box turns by hand too, Magneto need...

Re: Interchangeable parts
That's quite a question. While a 500 top end will go on a 350 bottom end it's not worth doing unless you change the 350 crank for a 500 as the strokes are different. Pretty much any 1956 and later cycle parts will swap. The primary drive changed 1955 to 1956 and while clutch parts will swap you can...

Re: My NH 350 Piston
For info, those are the exact original equipment pistons Ariel used for the alloy head 350s. Back in the mid 1970s Writers had a 'bin' full of them for £5.00 a go, with rings and gudgeon pins. Unfortunately only in std bore size - but that stop me and a mate buying a couple! SG If only i ...

Re: My NH 350 Piston
Sye, that's the type I don't like. If your current piston is OK and the top ring groove is not worn and no ridge at the top of the bore consider just re ringing it. Nev Cheers Nev yep all measured all good. Piston and bore looking good piston looks like it hasn't done much work. Thanks for reply
