The Draganfly plates have no radial grooving to allow oil to centrifuge off . The missing thick washers actually are there to reduce clutch spring pressure so better to leave off. I have no experience of a working Arrow clutch ,am repeating what others tell me. Don't shoot the messenger !

I had two very similar experiences with the RAC , In the end it was clear that they were not comming at all and I then arranged my own recovery. Sounds like a failing Mag . It must be possible to carry a small double ended coil fitted with a circuit that gives a wasted spark settup and can be trigge...

I have found a supply of refurbished plates with a cork material. if any good i will post details.

Hi Simon, after studying the detail it would appear that the thick washers that go in first at the back of the drum are there to reduce the amount you can compress the spring and lower the lever effort, the thin washers go on the head of the sleeve nuts and spread the load and slightly increase the ...

Thanks guys , Yes its an Arrow, No the plates are not cork, they are new synthetic full circle ones supplied by DF . No, the oil level was not too high ,No we did not use synthetic engine oil but it seems very possible that the 2 stroke ("expert" !!!) who worked on the bike before us did u...

Draganfly clutch plates

Having a lot of clutch slip with new plates. Thinking of cutting some radial grooves to allow any oil to centrifuge out . Would also like some recomendations for oil in the case as everything I have tried is far too slippy.
