Re: VB oil pump drive block wanted
Thanks Nev. I agree they do not look to difficult to make but I do not have access to a milling machine or one I can copy - I just have the Ariel pump.

I am having issues so I wanted to swap it for an Ariel pump which I have to see if things improve. Unfortunately the Ariel and Morgo drive blocks are d...

VB oil pump drive block wanted
Hi. I am looking for a drive block for a VB oil pump and I wondered if any body in the club has a spare they are willing to sell or can suggest a supplier. They have been out of stock at Draganfly for some time and I have just checked and none are on order to be made. I was going to try John Budgen ...

Re: Greas gun for small grease nipples
The old school way is to place a layer or two of woven cotton material (bedsheet) over the nipple. A modern gun fits ok then. The grease finds its way through the weave of the material when you pump the gun.

Re: VB crankcase breather drip
The postman came with my pump gasket yesterday so I re-assembled the Morgo pump and refitted it. I also cleaned the ball valve behind the pump. All oil lines and pipes were blown through with the airline. I started the engine with a dry system so it took about 30 seconds for the oil to start returni...

Re: VB crankcase breather drip
I have just looked through my spares cupboard and found a spare pump which came with a VH which I bought a while ago. It has 55 stamped on the back. Are all pumps for singles the same? I compared the ariel pump with the Morgo and the scavenge pistons seem about the same size but the delivery piston ...
