Hi all
Looking for a complete CP gear box ready to plop in the bike. I could consider complete cases (main, inner, outer) as long as they are in complete useable condition. thanks

Looking for advice on a particular part
Hi all. Long time no talk! I am wondering if anyone can help confirm a part number for me... I would describe them (x2) as the "collars" that go on each end of the rear wheel spindle that stop the spindle from spinning in the frame and they are also where the adjustment screws push against...

Wanted: Burman CP outer cover
As the title says.
Wouldn't mind an inner cover as well

Re: Timing side correct part placement question
Thanks All! No O-ring it is. I think i will just cut my own paper washer from some old paper gaskets I have. Any specific placement (over or under) the main cover gasket? I just want to be sure to do it right here as it is part of the oiling system. Things are coming along otherwise. it's been reall...

Timing side correct part placement question
Hey guys I'm trying to button up my timing side and unsure about the cam follower shims as well as the gadget for the oil pipe. My bike came with shims for the followers but I am not sure on their placement. I'm also not sure on the oil gasket... Will an o ring suffice? 20210331_175448.jpg 20210331_...

Re: Rear stand fitment
Thanks all.
I will wait and see what my pipes look like mounted. The stand suffices for now, but seems it may be prone to tip over to the right. It seems the universal side stands from India may be a compromise as well.

Re: Rear stand fitment
Looking at my rigid the drive side stand leg is curved, much like the top of yours seems to be but the curve on mine continues down further. The left leg is straight but a little nearer vertical. The bottom tube seems to be more-or-less centred under the wheel. All being well I'll be able to take so...

Rear stand fitment
Is it normal for rear stand to be a bit off center.
Beyond the aesthetics it seems to be a bit off kilter when up on the stand... Though it does stand up straight.

Re: Setting the bead on a soft tire
Is that sleeve on all rigids. I have two frames in front of my and one has a much more narrow left hand slot than the other One slot is 0.5" and on the other frame it is 0.75" I was under the impression one frame uses the sleeve, but the other (earlier) doesn't. edit: After looking on the ...
