500 Red Hunter tank wanted. 1949 instruments in tank.

I know its a long shot but anyone got a 500cc instruments in tank VH Red Hunter fuel tank for sale thats lying around. i have a 350 tank fitted to my 1949 Hunter 500 bike. doesnt matter about condition. is there any other tank that will fit?? say off a SQ4

Hi, Does anyone know the dimensions of the petrol tank for a 49 500cc Red hunter, not too sure if the one that is on is the correct one. i am about to have the tank renovated and don't want to spend a fortune on the wrong kind of tank. any help on this is much appreciated. just one more thing, how d...

Ahhh i see. so i suppose to make it the original 500 it left the factory i will need to source a crank, conrod, piston, barrel, head and probably exhaust. or a complete engine.

Hi adrie, not being a mechanic of any sort I'm not too sure about what is being said, just need to know if its possible to put a 500 barrel, piston and head back onto my 500 engine bottom end without changing crank and con rod.

Rear Mudguard 1949 NH350

hi everyone.
Am now in desperate need for a good Rear Mudguard for a 1949 NH 350. its the split type with detachable back bit. made the mistake of sending it off for getting it shot blasted. not much of it came back. :cry:
If anyone has one for sale i would appreciate first dib's.
