Hi to all, I have finished my rebuild on a Mk11 Sq4 and I sheared off a Tappet Adjuster Screw, ordered a set from Drags and the threads have not been cut deep enough so they don’t fit. They are obviously hardened and have no hex head therefore I can’t run a die over them(I don’t have a die that size...

Hi guys, I was just going over every component in the Mk11 SQ4 trying to find an annoying noise, looking at the top end diagram I just noticed the Cam followers have circlips…mine don’t!!
Can anyone tell me what they are for please.

Hi all, I have two new fuel taps from drags that have leaked from new, anybody have any tips or tricks to stop this happening?
It is leaking from the body (around the plunger) not from the fittings.

I have managed to snap my gear change lever and can’t find a new one.
Does anyone know what the alloy is so that I can hopefully get it repaired?

Hi guys, I have bonded clutch plates in my Mk2 Sq4, I have read here that they require a stronger set of springs to alleviate slipping, can anyone tell me where I can purchase some please.
Not mentioned on Drags website

Just for the sake of sharing info: The clutch on my Mk11 Sq4 was slipping under full throttle, I just finished building an Ultrasonic Cleaner so I dropped the bonded plates in, set Temp to 100 c, dishwashing detergent in water, left it for 1/2 hour and plates come out looking like new and working li...
