Hi, I forgot to mention that this is a square four mk 2 and has never had a chair fitted.

I have had this problem for 30 years, I have rebuilt the wheels twice and made sure the wheels are spot on with the centre line of the bike and in line with each other. But still the problem exist. any ideas or is this normal.
