Karol's side stand looks like the modern Royal Enfield stand that you can by off Ebay and adapt to fit, a number of other people on this forum have done this. Details here.

I had a similar situation with a 1958 BSA C15 that had a A plate registration as its original number had been sold off in the 1980's. Contacted the DVLA and said to them that the A plate was making the bike seem newer than it actually was which breaks their own rules. They agreed and issued a new 3 ...

Hi Dennis, I fitted a Thorspark kit to my 1946 Square 4 a couple of years ago after the mag started playing up. What a difference it made, easy starting and running lovely. I used a 1/8 BSP brass grease cup like in the links below and and made an adapter to fit the hole. The adapter had the nose on to hold in the rotor shaft as per the original grease cup had as shown in picture.
