On my NG I silver soldered a threaded connector + a flex pipe from - I think- something used for pneumatics.
works well for over 15 years now.
Or if you want a even quicker disconnector use one from Festo like these :

Oil pressure in a single only shows when there is a non return valve fitted behind the oil pump. it consist of a spring , ball and plug, they go in in that order. oil Burney (1).JPG singlebottom - kopie....

with a tele you can use the bottom legs from a BSA front fork.
for a girder I dont know, probably a 'thin' spindle with a sleeve, not a step.
