The Morgo pump for the MK II has a pressure relief valve which discharges to the timing chest, the extra flow of the Morgo could therefore result in too much oil in the timing chest. There is no such relief valve in the MkI Morgo oil pump as it relies on the oil pressure relief valve in the end of t...

Hi John There are two different sizes or air filter box fitted to s/arm machines but the length of the bracket changed to ensure that the overall spacing of the two top and bottom mounting holes was the same, the complete boxes are therefore interchangeable but you cannot mix bottoms and tops. The f...

The very blue MkII version is Klaus's which I built about fifteen years ago, the colour was from a standard colour chart and was a joint decision by my kids one Chri...

There are two of the '54/'55 single sided hub frames still available, so shout now if you want one or forever hold your peace. They are still £650 for frame and s/arm on an 'exchange' basis or £850 if you have nothing to ex...

Re: 1953 4G MK II Summer of 2010ish

Greg I just thought again about your question and realised that you probably meant the colour of the lettering on the cover rather than the cover itself! Which is shame as I do not know the correct answer to that particular question, but I always do the lettering in black irrespective of the colour ...

Re: 1953 4G MK II Summer of 2010ish

Best Wishes
Ben
