Is it evil to add a filter and oil cooler? Motorcycles are so much fun to ride but worrying about reliability and the inevitability of short term overhaul periods killed or at least greatly diminished the British trade.

Most convenient for a buyer in NA, this 1956 singles/twins, petrol tank, plus oil tank and tool box. Imported many years ago from someone in Wales but haven’t used.
Currently in Canada.

I believe that the 56 tank fits all 56 model year machines VB through KH and FH but definitely not SQ4. Of course the detachable flutes make it a one year model tank but it could be used on all swing arm framed machines up until and including 56. The FERC was optional for 56 and standard thereafter....

Rick, the tank came as is, so I did not remove the flutes, but they are laying in front of the tank. Why do you ask?
