A french owner of a kh has contacted me. He needs : one K146-48 push rod and one K49-55 Tensioner blade. Can anyone help?

I have just been contacted by a frenchman who is thinking of buying a Mark 2. He asks if there are any traps to avoid or any particular points to verify. Comments would be appreciated, my knowledge of Square Fours being zero.
